Our Policies
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and cancellations may be necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations can be made by phone during salon hours or online through Kitomba for immediate processing. Cancellations via email or social media are not accepted. If you miss your appointment or cancel late, a fee may apply.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule without charge when providing at least 48 hours’ notice.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your appointment, the full cost of the service will be charged.
Late Cancellation Policy (Under 48 Hours)
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee up to the full cost of the service.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we may need to reschedule to ensure the quality of your service. The full charge for the original service will still apply.
Deposit Policy for New Clients and Repeat No-Shows
New clients, or those with a history of missed or late-cancelled appointments, will be required to secure their booking with a non-refundable deposit.
Redo / Fix Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully happy with your service, we are happy to make adjustments. Refunds are not offered, but please contact us within one week of your appointment for any tweaks or fixes.
Payment Policy
All payments are due at the end of your appointment. If payment is delayed, a 5% interest charge will apply for each day it remains unpaid.
Product Return Policy
We do not offer refunds on products. However, if a product is faulty or causes an allergic reaction (with a doctor’s note), we will exchange it. This policy does not apply to electrical items, which are covered by their own warranties.

We provide a safe, welcoming space for all. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, hate, or abuse, and we believe in equality for all, regardless of race, gender, mental health, or ability.
Right to Refuse Service Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or anyone behaving inappropriately or posing a threat to staff or clients.
Privacy Policy
We use your personal information to enhance your experience and communicate important updates. Your information will never be shared with third parties.
Chemical Services No-Guarantee Policy
Due to factors such as genetics, medications, and past treatments, chemical services carry inherent risks. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, but we will work with you to understand your hair’s unique needs and make informed decisions together.
